We were quick to recognise the benefits of Multi Axis Machining into the market for our customers. We’ve installed 5 Mazak 5-Axis Integrex Mill/ Turn Machine Centres – we find they save you time and money because they allow all your machining to be done in a single set up on one machine.

The FJV 60/80 by Mazak
The FJV machining centre series is a solid, powerful machine, designed with a ‘Double Column’ configuration that delivers precise accuracy unattainable in a ‘C’ frame format.
Its open-ended door design allows for machining longer components and fabrication, which in turn increases capacity.
